Finding a rain god.

I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die. No, seriously I do think I am. Well, not literally. Why? Well first, mom's hp bill just came today and..well, expected. It stated there, "DUE 16TH SEPTEMBER 2008" and since mom is not home, I'm going to put that away for awhile until weekends, I guess. Then by that time, I'll make sure I am ready to face any consequences for my actions. Just not now. I'm stressed enough for now. lol. Second, I've been missing EST classes since early of this year. Not that i intend to, but I've been having a lot of projects before that stopped me from going to EST. Its not my fault the school scheduled the classes to be after school time. After school is for after-school activity. ahah Now, the problem is, I decided weeks ago to attend every single EST class even if my name is not in the name list anymore. Ms Ruth said it's OKAY only if I promise to finish every single work she'd given the class for every class I've missed. I didn't promise anything but I told her Ill TRY. It's the best answer I could give. At least I was not lying. :p but obviously, I didn't do ALL the work and some of it I might even wrote in pencil. She never did check any of the books so I guess it's okay..Until today. ahah I went to EST class as normal, determined to do my very best to learn EST. I was even seating in the FIRST ROW when everyone was seating two to three rows behind me. Everything was OKAY until the class is almost over, she went "leave your exercise book on your table before you go. Nobody move. I'll let you go one by one." and THAT marks that my life is going to be over soon. haha. Since I was the first out of the only three students who were seating in the front row, she came to me first. I wasn't prepared, and before I could say anything, she grabbed my exercise book and told me that I was free to go back home. Shit, shit shit shit. I don't think I ever want to go to EST class ever again :p Luckily she canceled the class tomorrow so I'm going to survive for another whole week. Woohoo for now.

The rest of the subjects wasn't that bad, really. I wasn't in class for the whole period before recess and after recess was English. and I LOVEEEE ENGLISH. Especially today :p Everyone was asked to gather in front of the class together so that she could teach us literature easier without having to use the microphone since our class is at the biology lab, which is quite big for a class. That was exactly what we did. So okay, we were learning this short story, Finding a rain god. She asked one by one student to read paragraph by paragraph and she'll explain what actually the writer was trying to portray in that particular paragraph. I was bored actually until the middle of the story, and she went "Okay, who wants to continue ? who has a loud voice here ?" and the class went calling out the names of some of the guys that have a loud voice. Then suddenly she pointed out to me and went "Ciya, you read :) ", but I don't think the class was paying attention since they were still calling out names. AND THEN, she went "Settle down, settle down. No no, let her (me) read, she's REALLY GOOD. She really is. Listen " . Woooot! How proud I was :p Me? One of the ONLY 7 malay students in the class is actually very good. lol .Maybe I am being all egoistic but hey, it's not like everyday I'm praised by my english teacher ;p

Truth be told, I do love story telling :) Or more like a narrator. Like those in movies. It's fun. You can make one simple sentence to sound scary ,suspense, happy, just practically anything. And it's really all up to you :) You can make a happy line sounds so terribly sad just by tuning your voice here and there. And to see your audiences' expressions change according to your voice, it really is fun. :D I was thinking to send a proposal letter to school and ask them if it is possible for the school or the english club to organize a story telling contest. I know it sounds so primary school but it can be very interesting if you put your heart and mind into it ;) but obviously it's only a hair's width that anyone would like to join that kind of competition .

I could barely open my eyes now. Am having a terrible terrible headache. I think I'm going to get some sleep.
